Australian Shipping
We offer free shipping across Australia, which is included in the sale price. The price you see at checkout includes shipping and GST. For small and medium artworks, we will ship your order within five (5) business days of receiving it. For large or extra-large artworks, please allow up to ten (10) business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can track your package. All shipments within Australia are insured against loss or damage.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand, USA, UK and Europe only. All international shipments are fully insured against loss and damage. The shipping costs for international orders can be calculated from the Cart page and will be added to your order at Checkout. The shipping cost includes insurance and delivery to your door. Please note that the receiver will be responsible for any applicable international custom/import fees and taxes. For large or extra-large paintings, shipping internationally may not be available or may have to be calculated on a case-by-case basis. If you are not located in the USA, UK or Europe, please contact us for a custom quote.
Refund and Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within seven (7) days of receiving the painting. Please note that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange if more than 7 days have passed since you received the painting. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping and Returns Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five (5) days. To return your product, please contact us for a mailing address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded.
